To be perfectly honest, I had Brit film this class because I was highly in the mood for a Barney's Burger. They make the best...wait, I should be speaking about fitness. Every once in a while, you indulge, and this is a perfect example of a workout that makes you feel better about yourself when you do. That's why I love it.
Liz's Pick: "Band Butt Burn Off!
After “taking it easy” for the past two years (hey – I was pregnant for 18 of those months!) my butt and thighs have gotten a bit out of hand. I love this workout because it focuses on those problem areas and prevents me from sitting down the next day without thinking about the lovely Brit and her bands. If your butt and thighs need a royal kicking…this is the video for you! Try it out and then link back to our blog with how many times you think of our wonderful trainer the next day.
