Weekly Workout Schedule

Goal: Improved Health

The General Health Plan is great for those looking to maintain a healthy life style and want to be continually challenged! This plan includes: new strength training releases, a cardio class, and a core class.


Goal: Weight Loss

The Weight Loss Plan is designed to burn unwanted fat calories and improve lean body mass. Classes include: new strength training releases along with 2 cardio classes. For best results, classes can be taken more than once throughout the week.



Goal: Toned Body

The Toning Plan includes the workout routines you will need to build a lean and strong body. Classes include: all three new releases plus two of our archived strength training classes!
